Pro Club is Evolving!

To better serve our members, we’re making some changes to Pro Club, including simplified earnings, new ways to earn points, and a more personalized experience. We’re excited to introduce Pro Club, evolved.

IMPORTANT PRO CLUB UPDATE:

Starting April 1st, some exciting changes to Pro Club will take place.

New Point Structure

We’re simplifying the way you earn points. Instead of pounds of product, we’ll use dollars spent as our determinant for awarding points. For every $1 spent on eligible Purina products, you’ll earn 10 points in rewards.

Rewards Refresh

We’ve overhauled our Rewards catalog, with dozens of new items, including prepaid Visa, retailer and restaurant gift cards, and premium branded merchandise.

To help you make the most of your benefits:

Points expire in one year

Starting April 1st, 2026, new points earned will expire 1 year from the date they were earned (on the last day of the month). For example, any points earned on 4/1/26 will expire on 4/30/27. We encourage our members to spend points before they expire!

Receipts must be uploaded within 6 months

We encourage our members to upload receipts soon after purchase. The faster you earn, the faster you get rewarded.

Upload any outstanding receipts you have! And mark your calendar for April 1st.

What to do after April 1st

After April 1st, all Pro Club members will need to re-login and ensure all information is up-to-date. This helps us to provide the most personalized experience possible.
