Pro Club has Evolved!

To better serve our members, we've made some changes to Pro Club, including simplified earnings, new ways to earn points, and a more personalized experience. We’re excited to introduce Pro Club, evolved.

IMPORTANT PRO CLUB UPDATE:

As of April 7th, we've implemented some exciting changes to Pro Club.

New Point Structure

We’ve simplified the way you earn points. Instead of pounds of product, we use dollars spent as our determinant for awarding points. For every $1 spent on eligible Purina products, you’ll earn 10 points in rewards. 

Rewards Refresh

We’ve overhauled our Rewards catalog, with dozens of new items, including prepaid Visa, retailer and restaurant gift cards, and premium branded merchandise.

Make the Most of Your Benefits

Points Expire in One Year

New points earned now expire 1 year from the date they were earned (on the last day of the month). For example, any points earned 4/1/26 will expire 4/30/27. We encourage our members to spend points before they expire!

Receipts Must Be Uploaded Within Six Months

We encourage our members to upload receipts soon after purchase. The faster you earn, the faster you get rewarded.  

You Need to Update Your Profile

Our goal is to provide you the most personalized member experience possible. With our new system, all Pro Club members will need to re-login to their accounts and ensure all information is up to date.
