Keith Schopp is a retired communications executive and an award-winning journalist with a passion for sporting dogs and conservation. After working at Purina for 34 years, and more than 45 years’ experience as a writer and photographer, he now enjoys hunting with his two Labradors and two German Shorthaired Pointers.
Schopp is a Life Member of Ducks Unlimited and the Ruffed Grouse Society. He also serves as Secretary and member of the National Board of Directors for Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever.
Based in Southern Illinois and North Dakota, Schopp can be found each fall wherever his beloved bird dogs take him.
