The bright TV lights during “The National Dog Show Presented by Purina” didn’t outshine “Gia,” a 4-year-old blue brindle female Greyhound. Kaylynn Williams’ passion for Beagles began at a young age. Her grandfather, uncle and father have had an affinity for the breed for over 40 years. Now, at age 21, Kaylynn competes with her Purina® Pro Plan® fueled Beagles in an average of 30 to 40 field trial events each year. She also owns and operates KW Kennels near her home in Martinton, Illinois, and even runs a successful nationwide junior handler program.

Gail Inman

In her job as the Sporting Program Coordinator for the Purina Professional Engagement Team, Gail Inman meets owners, trainers and handlers of all kinds of sporting dogs. She coordinates the Purina Sporting Dog Award Program, which honors the top dogs in six sporting segments, and she has been instrumental in helping to develop Purina’s support of youth programs that encourage participation in dog sports.
