2XNBC-FCB Bee Lick Braveheart is the winner of the 10th annual Purina Brace Beagle Champion Award. The 2 ½-year-old tricolor male Beagle is co-owned by Marty Parker of Taylorsville, Kentucky, Niki Happel of Pittsburgh, and Mike Asbury of Elyria, Ohio.

A 5-year-old 13-inch tricolor male called “Aesop” proved his keen ability to track a rabbit by winning 11 field trials and placing in 18 of the 23 Purina Point events he entered to win the 15th annual Purina Award for the Outstanding SPO Field Trial Beagle.

FC-AFC Ragin Eye Of The Storm, (“Cane”), an 8-year-old Labrador Retriever, won the Outstanding Open All-Age Retriever Award by earning 45 Open points.

A 5-year-old female Treeing Walker Coonhound called “Dot” captured the 33rd annual Purina Outstanding Nite Hunt Coonhound Award and also won the 2014 Purina National Championship, making history as the first hound to do so.

The Purina Outstanding Derby Dog is Kirkwood’s Ace of Lone Star (“Lexie”), a Labrador Retriever owned by Casey Adams of Clarkdale, Arizona. With 10 wins and 23 placements, Lexie had a remarkable year.

Professional handler Mike Tracy of Glenville, Pennsylvania, has won his ninth Purina Top Shooting Dog Handler Award in the 2013-2014 season, tallying 4,724 points by handling 16 dogs to 34 placements.

A 2-year-old white and orange-marked female Pointer, Hightailing Miss Kate, is the winner of the second annual Purina Top Shooting Dog Derby Award.

13XCH/7XRUCH Great River Ice, a 7-year-old white and orange-marked male Pointer co-owned by father and son Joaquin and Brian Sanchez of Great River Kennel in Central Islip, New York, is the 2013-2014 Purina Top Shooting Dog Award winner.

2X Nat’l Amateur CH Nemaha Yankee, a 3-year-old white and orange-marked male Pointer, gave breeder-owner-handler Dr. Pat McInteer of Falls City, Nebraska, his first Purina Award as the winner of the 11th annual Purina Top Shooting Dog Amateur Award.

A 5-year-old white and orange-marked male Pointer, 2XCH/2XRUCH Touch’s Adams County, is the 2013-2014 Purina Top Field Trial Bird Dog Award winner.

Professional handler Steve Hurdle of Hickory Flat, Mississippi, is the winner of the 26th annual Purina Top All-Age Handler of the Year Award. During the year, he handled eight dogs to 18 placements in all-age horseback stakes.
